Description

The Spectroquant® Prove 600 is a UV/VIS spectrophotometer designed for process water analysis. With high-resolution optics and compatibility with cuvettes up to 100mm, it excels in complex kinetic and spectral measurements. It’s pre-programmed for highly sensitive silicate, chloride, and sulfate tests, ensuring low analyte detection to protect cooling and boiler water systems.

Supporting over 180 Spectroquant® cell and reagent test kits, the Prove 600 ensures stable results, with kits stored at room temperature to avoid temperature fluctuations. It accommodates 10, 20, 50, and 100mm cells, enhancing sensitivity for tests such as silicate in process water, iron in drinking water, and phosphate in surface or process water.

Each test kit includes an AutoSelector with Live ID, which transmits essential “live” data like calibration updates and expiry dates. Simply insert the reagent cell and AutoSelector into the device, and the Prove 600 identifies the test method instantly, without needing to close the lid due to its ambient light protection. This allows for faster, traceable results, simplifying audits.

Built for durability and resistance to chemicals, the Prove 600 is easy to clean—remove the cell holder, rinse the compartment, and wipe clean.

The smart screen provides a clear overview of results, which can be filtered by various parameters like date, time, method, or user. Data can be securely exported via USB, enabling quick transfer to a printer or flash drive.

AQA Prime enhances quality assurance, providing detailed AQA status and options. Individual settings can be tailored for each measurement, ensuring complete verification for every stage of quality control, including instrument and system checks, as well as Pipette Check.

Key features include a Xenon flash lamp source, compatibility with round Ø 16mm and rectangular cells (10, 20, 50, 100mm), a P-cap glass touch screen, 1.8nm spectral bandwidth, and a wavelength range of 190–1100nm.
