In this dynamic role, you will actively engage in the design, development, and testing of innovative analytical methods and cutting-edge instrumentation, ensuring that new methodologies meet rigorous performance standards and scientific accuracy.

You’ll continuously refine and optimise existing analytical methods to enhance performance, accuracy, and efficiency, while implementing improvements to streamline workflows and increase throughput. As part of your responsibilities, you will diagnose and resolve complex technical challenges related to analytical instrumentation, providing technical support and expertise to ensure seamless operation.

Collaboration is key; you’ll work closely with application scientists and product managers to propose tailored solutions that align with analytical requirements. Fostering cross-functional collaboration will be crucial in aligning our analytical capabilities with organisational goals. Additionally, you will develop and document detailed process sequences, specifications, and work instructions for the test field, creating comprehensive documentation for procedures and protocols to ensure clarity and accessibility.

In a supportive capacity, you will assist in the creation of training and educational materials and provide valuable support to our customers and partners with analytical questions, occasionally including site visits. Your contributions will be vital in maintaining our commitment to excellence in analytical science.
