Technical Know-How
– Quality systems conforming to ISO 9001 and ISO 13485
– Preventive quality/advanced product quality planning/design FMEA
– Process FMEA
– Root cause analysis, lean Six Sigma and other continuous improvement methodology
– Supplier quality management
– Time management to manage demanding stakeholder expectations
Education
– Degree in an engineering discipline (mechanical, electrical, mechatronic)/Life Sciences/Chemistry or equivalent field
– Ideally, Lean Six Sigma black belt. Green belt would be a minimum.
– Quality certificates gained in continuous education
Experience
– 3 years in an operational role, either R&D or production or purchasing, in an equipment, machinery or instrument firm
– 3 years in quality management within an equipment, machinery or instrument firm
– Proven success managing a team, developing and coaching for high performance
