Job Summary:
As a Customer Sales Coordinator, you will manage a portfolio of customers, giving you the opportunity to build strong relationships and proactively address issues before they escalate. Key Responsibilities:
Deliver exceptional customer service, handling various day-to-day queries about orders, products, and returns.
Communicate clearly and work closely with your Sales Manager.
Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders to meet customer needs.
Handle customer calls and emails regarding orders, delivery, and general enquiries.
Manage order processing, fulfilment, and returns for assigned customers.
